Cancellation & Refund Before Shipping

Orders can only be cancelled and refunded if they have not yet been shipped. In this case, the customer will receive a refund for the product price only.

⚠ Note — Shipping costs are non-refundable, and VAT may also be excluded depending on invoicing and tax conditions.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
